I spent over a decade playing professional rugby, representing my country and competing on the world stage. The game’s taken me all over the world, and I’ve been lucky to learn from some of the best players and coaches out there.

Now that chapter’s finished, I’m turning my focus to coaching. One thing I’ve seen first-hand is how limited the pathway can be for aspiring sevens players to break through to the international level. There’s a real gap between local talent and global opportunity — and that’s a big reason why I started my online coaching platform.

I want to pass on what I’ve learned — the technical details, the mindset, and the little things that can make a big difference in a player’s development.

Outside of rugby, I spend most of my time with my family. When I get the chance, I love getting out on the golf course. It’s a different kind of challenge, but one that keeps me competitive and gives me a bit of headspace away from the day-to-day.
